Home Remedies to Manage Hyperhidrosis
Hyperhidrosis is a condition in which one tends to sweat abnormally, usually from the hands, without any specific reason like exercise or heat. 1. Lemon juice

The lemony scent of the residue will go away once you shower. Thus, only the benefits of lemon juice remain, and lemon is otherwise washed off.
2. Scrub with salt
It is a known fact that salt can absorb moisture. This is the reason why it can get difficult to take salt out of a saltshaker when you are living in a humid climate. When it comes to managing sweat, however, this property of salt can be used. Whenever the sweating begins, you can apply salt to the affected area. The salt will be able to absorb the sweat and not leave any odor as well. For better results, you can also consider mixing salt with lemon juice before applying it to underarms. It can be washed off before sleeping in the shower.
3. Sage leaves
You can drink sage tea or even consider adding sage to food, as it is one of the effective ways of treating hyperhidrosis at home. If the palms get sweaty, you can wrap dried sage in a cloth and hold it in your hand. This will provide relief from perspiration immediately. Drinking sage tea is a very effective option that you can consider. However, you must talk to your doctor if you are on medication, as sage is a herb, and it has the potential to interact with medications that you might be taking.
4. Drink more water
When you are dehydrated, the body reacts by producing more sweat. This also happens when the body temperature rises. Thus, you can drink more water than normal to ensure that your body is getting enough hydration. One other use of drinking a lot of water is that it will help in easy digestion, which is another important factor for too much sweating. The minimum amount of water to be consumed daily can be 13 cups.
5. Take Schisandra
Schisandra is the name of a natural herb that helps with the treatment of excessive sweating. It is all-natural, as it is made of dried fruits. Thus, it can be used without worrying about side effects. Schisandra can control night sweats and spontaneous sweating.
